Payment Options

Custom Bright offers a variety of payment options for both US and International customers. For special requests or further information please contact our Teeth Whitening Experts.

We accept all major credit cards through our SSL encrypted secure website or offline over the phone. Your card will not be charged until the day your product is shipped.


Personal Checks

We can only accept personal checks from US RESIDENTS ONLY. Checks can be mailed along with our offline order form to our address below. Orders cannot be shipped until payment has cleared (up to 2 weeks).


Money Orders, Traveler's Checks & Money Grams

We prefer money orders over personal checks as we can process the orders much faster. Checks can be mailed to our address below along with the offline order form.

Traveler's checks and Money Grams can be used by US and International customers and are an excellent option for international customers without access to a credit card. All payments should be made in US Dollars and customers are responsible for any additional transaction fees.


Shipping & Returns

All shipping charges include 3-way shipping and is a flat rate for anywhere in the world. This includes shipping the system to you, returning your teeth impressions to our lab, and mailing your custom bleaching trays back to you. You will never need to pay for any further shipping costs again. We ship 2-3 day priority for US customers and Global Priority mail for International customers. We only charge 1 flat shipping cost so the more you order, the more you save!

All orders are processed M-F within 24 hours of receipt, where possible. Shipping and handling charges (whether stated or implied) are non-refundable after shipping. We do ship to P.O. boxes although Custom Bright is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected mail.

Custom Bright does not assume any responsibility for international postal service delays or non-deliveries. International customers are responsible for all customs fees (if applicable). If international delivery insurance is desired, customer must request it and pay for the additional shipping cost.

Our Custom Bright Professional Teeth Whitening System satisfaction warranty allows a refund of the product price (less shipping & handling) if the custom tray and case are mailed back to us within 30 days. No warranty returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Multiple system purchases count as one order and all system trays must be returned for warranty credit. Allow 7-10 business days after we receive the merchandise for product credit. Additional system shipping options are not refundable. Bleaching gel syringes are not returnable.
